The Word KUPU #7 - Tracy Alexander

We weren't put on this Earth to suffer, how meditation and ancient wisdom helps us find balance in an unbalanced world.

This podcast started out with a bang, quite literally - moments before we were set to go on air and record, a relatively large shake happened on my end - an earthquake to be exact. It took me a while to gather myself and I was contemplating editing all that out, but I also wanted to capture Tracy’s amazing response, as I think it says so much about who she is as a person.

Tracy Alexander is an absolutely fascinating person to have a conversation with. She is a bona fide genius storyteller and has had a remarkable life that is mesmerising to listen to. Early on in her vocational pursuits, Tracy became a news presenter and anchor at various television networks in both Australia and Israel. Most recently she was the anchor at Perspectives, a news programme on I24 in Tel Aviv.

Frustrated with the constant barrage of negative news that she had to present, Tracy decided to walk away from television and start up her own unique role as a Head Coach and Meditation facilitator. Here she teaches people how to live a balanced, fulfilling, connected life (feeling good on the inside about what's happening on the outside) by minimising stress, through measured meditation techniques and unblocking limited belief systems - as developed and carefully curated in her Alignment System.

Many paths lead here to this point. Her academic background in cognitive psychology, as well as her certification in Qi-Touch techniques, her 12 years as a Vedic Meditation practitioner and her years of studying the ancient Vedic wisdoms, served her well in this career change. To embrace what she was born to do.

As a personal testimonial, when I was still coming out of my psychosis and trying to find my feet again in this world, listening to Tracy helped me immensely in finding my balance again. Her wisdom knows no bounds and she has a heart of gold. She really cares for people and wants everyone to live their best life.

No more suffering

Tracy doesn’t believe we were put on this Earth to suffer, instead she believes it lies within every human to find fulfillment and peace within this life. The power lies within all of us and Tracy's power lies in helping guide you to find your own.

She is dedicated to de-mystifying meditation and showing people that healing doesn't have to be hard - nor should you need to become addicted to the self-help industry. She is committed to helping you become independent and free

She has attended many retreats and learned from some of the great gurus. Her job in a high pressured environment such as the 24 hour news media was made more bearable by her engaging strategic meditation techniques to help her cope with the stress of being on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

In Tracy’s  own words:

“I used many of these techniques to find success in my professional life in a deadline-driven, high pressure job as TV news anchor in the Middle East. While in that job, I began to feel that if we want a more peaceful world... we need more peaceful people.”

Amen. For those of you interested, Tracy is offering a unique 7 day class to learn how to detox from stress. Join me and others around the globe to learn from a true master. The best part is, that it is free of charge. If you are interested, please register here or find Tracy on Instagram.

My tip is to follow her, your Central Nervous System will certainly thank you. As evidenced by this great conversation we had.
